I had an exceptional experience on 4/18/25. The service advisor ensured that my vehicle was serviced very timely. The waiting area was neat and refreshments were provided for the customers.

Joey is a great service rep. However, I got my car back without the service sticker being changed on the windshield. It makes me wonder what else the service department forgot to do. Hard to give 5 stars when they miss the small stuff and make one wonder about the big stuff.

Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was patient because I am not tech savvy. I would recommend him to everyone.
Sales experience was straight forward and honest. They did not try to add on items at the last minute. I think document fees are a rip off, but everyone in town does it. My main complaint is: Don't send a follow up email and say you are always available for help after the sale and then do not even respond to my questions. I guess once the salesman makes the sale, it's up to me to contact the service department for simple questions.
Strongly recommend this Dealership for vehicle purchases, as I have purchased multiple vehicle from them over the years, and my experience has always been good. My sales person, Gary Harber is great, easy to work with, and provided a great purchase experience!!! The service department is the best that I have every dealt with!!!
Lexus of Memphis has the finest Service Department I have ever dealt with. I've been a customer since 2000, working with Gary York and Mike McPherson. Their staff of Advisors, mechanics and technicians communicate well and are excellent in their work of preventive maintenance and repairs, when needed.
Terrible customer service experience. I was refused service of any kind from this dealership because I had "after market parts" on my car. I never heard or got a clear explanation about this situation. I was actually told this is my last visit to the dealership because of these "after market parts". I wonder if I brought a new Lexus would I be able to come back? But I wasn't given that courtesy. 🤔🤔

Over priced, now charge 3% to use a credit card. The repair did not start to function right away. We were not warned that it could take many miles to begin to work.
The mechanic did an excellent job on our automobile. We will definitely be bringing it back to Lexus of Memphis in the future. Thank you

Took my 2002 Lexus SC 430 in because of a brake fluid leak. Ealershio di some major replacement work to the tune of over $2,400.00. Got my vehicke home and guess what? Brake fluid leak. Took the car back in and I think they fixed the problem, but whenever I start the car I get a red BRAKE on my dashboard, but then it goes away. I was told by the dealershio not to worry about it. So far, so good but I am still concerned about that red BRAKE light popping uo on my dash.
Lexus of Memphis always does quality repair work the first time round. You never have to go back to have work done again.
It was very easy to get an appointment at Lexus of Memphis for new tires. I also had to get some warranty covered work completed on two wheels. They gave me a loaner car that was new and very nice. They showed me how to work it before I pulled off the lot. My car was finished in two days and everything was great! It drives like a new car! Joey was wonderful to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Jasmine has been great. However, other issues have me extremely upset Posted a review 2-3 weeks back with a problem of appt not being rescheduled, and then wrong service done on my car. Yesterday, , appointment made to correct previous issue. Rental car was to be available. Get to dealership, I live an hr. or so away, no rental car available. Wasted trip there and back. Supposedly they will pick up my car at my home and deliver it back to my home. Have used Lexus of Mobile several times. No problems. Something needs to be done to correct these type ...
