I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day. The service manager never update on status. I called several times before I was able to get a hold of him. I would like to say this to the SM, if you tell the customer something, please follow through. I know y’all are busy but don’t keep them hanging. Everyone’s time is valuable.

Joey is the best! Lexus has the best customer service hands down! I’ve had other luxury cars (Mercedes) and the customer service was horrible. The service I receive from Lexus is the reason why I bought another one! Keep up the great service!
