My experience with Lexus of Memphis was definitely both pleasurable & memorable. I’ve never encountered such an awesome staff who exhibited lagniappe service. Tom Burgess & Ron were awesome and made the ease of purchasing a vehicle extremely effortless. Top notch service is definitely an understatement. My experience in purchasing my new Lexus SUV from Lexus of Memphis was excellent. My experience with Damian and Lexus of Memphis was a great one. I dropped my car for the 25,000 mile tire rotation, stepped over to the customer waiting lounge grabbed some coffee and was able to get some work done during the wait. Pretty stemless experience. Got my text, paid online, Damian had my paperwork ready and I headed on in to the office. Great Job!
I’ve driven Lexus cars for years and the service department has always been so pleasant to work with. They are always professional and courteous and solve any issues I may have. Mike, Terry, Joey and of course the Service manager Gary York are the best!
I drove cross country in a older model Lexus that I recently purchased. I wanted to get a check up and address some concerns I noticed on the drive. It was my first time taking a vehicle into a dealership service department for work, and I was slightly apprehensive about getting the old ‘bait and switch’.
Well, the opposite happened. I met and worked with Johnny in the service department. He was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained exactly what the recommended services were and gave me options for what I should do to my truck. He did not try to oversell me, but made everything very clear and concise. It was the first time I ever felt empowered when doing anything with a car.
My truck runs better than when I brought it in and I have a lot of confidence in the work that was done. It’s too bad I don’t live in Memphis because I would always bring my truck in to see Johnny and the folks who fixed her up!

I Purchased my ES350 from them new in 2007 and have been using them for service since. I have not had a bad experience in the 10 years we have been doing business. I cannot say that about any other dealer I have ever done business with.
