I Purchased my ES350 from them new in 2007 and have been using them for service since. I have not had a bad experience in the 10 years we have been doing business. I cannot say that about any other dealer I have ever done business with.
Called & spoke with Sean about my GS350 that I wanted to sell. We agreed upon a price over the phone. I stopped by a few days later with the car. They wrote me a check & he even drove me home. Easy transaction & fair price. I have bought 4 cars from them over the years & always a good experience.

Greta Wright was extraordinary in helping us find the car we wanted. Her title at Lexus of Memphis is Master Certified Sales Consultant but I would say that she was more of a Buyers Consultant than a Sales consultant. She was focused on what we wanted to buy rather than what she would have like to have sold us. This is the first car buying experience (10 previous purchases) I've had that I felt that I was dealing with an ally rather than an advesary. Car salesmen would have a much better reputation if more of them were like Greta. Needless to say, I highly recommend her services if you are interested in finding a vehicle that suits you.... More
