They have a state of the art waiting facility with snacks, sodas, coffee and cubicles with phone and internet availability all for free. If I don’t schedule a loaner vehicle while my maintenance is being done, I can continue to carry on business while I wait comfortably in the lounge area. I love working with Mike McPherson and know I am always being taken care of instead of being taken advantage of.
Service is done in a timely manner. Employees and staff are kind and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with snacks, coffee, water and soda’s. It's a classy place. Take your wallet. If you can't afford a Lexus, don't drive one. The LS500 was $100,000. Nicest waiting room lounge at a car dealership I've ever seen. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water.
Joey is the best! Lexus has the best customer service hands down! I’ve had other luxury cars (Mercedes) and the customer service was horrible. The service I receive from Lexus is the reason why I bought another one! Keep up the great service!
