While our technicians are servicing your vehicle, let our Courtesy Shuttle run you to nearby malls, restaurants or business parks. Stop by for service on your way out of town, and our shuttle will provide you with quick transportation to the airport.
If your Lexus will be having an extended stay with us, we have a huge fleet of Lexus RX 350's, ES 350's, GS 350's and RX400h loaner vehicles for your convenience. In order to assure that a loaner vehicle will be available, service customers should make their appointments 8 to 10 days in advance. Make an appointment now and you can drive away in a Lexus while your Lexus is being serviced.
Our redesigned customer lounge provides a comfortable setting to wait as our technicians service your vehicle. It is equipped with two private work areas complete with both PC's and MAC workstations connected to the internet as well as a wireless "hot Spot" so you can use your own laptop or any other wireless device while waiting for your Lexus to be serviced. Your Internet Cafe' is also equipped with a comfortable seating area complete with satellite TV along with complimentary domestic and international coffees and soft drinks as well as some light snacks.
It is our ultimate goal not to waste your time. Another step in this process is our EXPRESS LUBE CENTER. Stop in at your convenience, and we will provide a complete oil and filter change, wash and vacuum your Lexus, and have you back on the road in 55 minutes or less. Saving you the time of a return trip to the dealership to pick up your Lexus.
Any time you visit Lexus of Memphis for service, we will provide a first class wash and vacuum for your Lexus. Unless you say otherwise, we won't let you leave the premises in a dirty vehicle.
